Answers you can act on

When a pet is unwell, the fastest path to the right treatment is a clear diagnosis. Our in-house imaging and laboratory tools let us gather answers quickly — often during the same visit — so care isn't delayed while we wait on outside results.

We choose tests deliberately, based on your pet's symptoms and exam, and we always walk you through what the results mean and what the options are before deciding on a plan.

Diagnostic tools we use

Modern imaging and laboratory testing, mostly on site.

Digital X-ray

High-detail radiographs for bones, chest, and abdomen.

Ultrasound

In-house lab

Rapid blood and urine testing without the wait.

Bloodwork panels

Complete blood counts and chemistry profiles.

Cytology

Microscopic review of skin, ear, and mass samples.

Urinalysis

Screening for infection, crystals, and kidney health.

Fecal testing

Checks for intestinal parasites and giardia.

Frequently asked questions

Will my pet need to be sedated?

Most X-rays and lab tests need no sedation. For some imaging we may use light sedation to keep your pet still and comfortable — we'll always discuss it first.

How quickly will we get results?

Many in-house blood, urine, and imaging results are ready during the same visit or next day. Specialized tests sent to an outside lab take a little longer.

Do I need a referral?

No referral is needed for our in-house diagnostics. If advanced imaging is required, we'll help coordinate it.

Should my pet fast before testing?

For some bloodwork, yes. When you book, we'll tell you whether to withhold food and for how long.
